Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Unless it is stated otherwise on the invoice.

The payment of deposit confirms you accept and agree with these conditions.

 All goods will be cleared for delivery/pickup once any outstanding balances are paid, clear into account.

 Goods remain the property of Chatsworth Fine Furniture until paid for in full.

 If circumstances arise where we cannot complete your order or the order estimated time of delivery(Eta) is altered Chatsworth Fine Furniture cannot accept responsibility for claims for non or late arrival.

In the event goods cannot be completed a full refund will be sent to a nominated bank account.

Delivery is not included in the invoiced price unless clearly stated and defined.

All goods can be stored free of charge as long as the final outstanding balance has been paid within 7 days of completion.

Goods left after this date will incur a fee of 1% of outstanding balance, invoiced weekly.

If goods are not taken within 8 weeks of completion without prior written arrangement goods will be deemed unwanted and disposed of.
This condition applies only if a balance is owing and storage costs are outstanding.
